Converting discarded water bottles into luxuriously-soft fabric might seem impossible, yet it's all based on scientific innovation. Here's the process:

1. Discarded plastic bottles are gathered and prepared for the recycling process.
2. The bottles are transported to a recycling centre where they're meticulously washed.
3. The bottles are separated by shade, ground to flakes and exposed to intense heat until transforming into a dense liquid.
4. The liquid flows through perforated plates – comparable to a shower nozzle.
5. This method produces exceptionally fine filaments – each measuring roughly 5x finer than a strand of human hair.
6. The filaments get snipped, extended, organised, and stitched into a supple, comfortable material.
