3. They're sorted by colour, fragmented into tiny pieces and warmed with steam until melting into a thick liquid.
4. The liquid spreads over mesh screens – almost like a drip irrigation system.
5. This method transforms the liquid into remarkably fine filaments – each roughly 5x thinner than a human hair strand.
6. The filaments get cut, fluffed, sorted, and woven into a soft, comfortable fabric.
