This scrub top contains 92% recycled content. Your purchase prevents approximately 15 water bottles' worth of plastic from entering landfills

Converting water bottles into luxuriously soft fabric seems like magic, though it's actually engineering. Here's the process:

1. Post-consumer plastic bottles are gathered for processing
2. The bottles undergo transport to a reclaiming facility where they are meticulously cleaned.
3. The bottles are separated by colour, reduced to flakes and subjected to hot air until transforming into a dense liquid.
4. The liquid is forced through plates containing small apertures – resembling a showerhead design.
5. This process transforms the liquid into ultra-fine strands – each measuring roughly 5x narrower than a strand of human hair.
6. The strands are trimmed, extended, organised, and stitched into a gentle, comfortable fabric.

Yet that's only one of the ways we're protecting Mother Earth:

• The fabric receives colour through water-efficient, sustainable dye methods
• When the scrubs are manufactured, we retain the leftover pieces and repurpose them to create scrunchies and scrub caps
