Transforming used beverage containers into remarkably plush cloth seems like magic, but it's genuine engineering. Here's how it works:

1. Discarded plastic containers are collected and forwarded to recycling facilities.
2. At a processing centre, the bottles undergo thorough cleaning.
3. They're sorted by colour, broken into small fragments, and melted until they become a thick liquid.
4. The liquid is forced through holes resembling a shower head.
5. This process creates incredibly thin fibres – roughly 5x finer than a human hair strand.
6. These fibres are trimmed, pulled, positioned, and knitted to create a plush, comfortable material.

Yet our commitment to environmental care goes further:

• The textile is dyed using water-efficient, sustainable colouring methods
  
• When the scrubs are sewn, we collect the leftover material and transform it into hair ties and scrub caps
